Ubisoft and Fox Sports stopped advertising on X
Ubisoft and Fox Sports have joined the growing list of companies to stop advertising on Elon Musk's social media platform X (formerly Twitter). The two companies followed big companies like Apple, Disney and Paramount. News Engadget.
X Chief Elon Musk has agreed with a post that is considered anti-Semitic. The post read, 'Jews harbor dialectical hatred of whites'. Musk wrote in the comments of this post, 'You have told the real truth'. Mask has been criticized since this incident. Some say he should be fired from his post.
Sports network and video game company Ubisoft told NBC News, that they are halting campaigns on the platform.
Earlier, media companies such as Warner Bros., Discovery, Disney, Comcast, NBC Universal, Sony, Paramount Global and Paris Hilton also announced the suspension of advertising on X.
In contrast, the NFL said it has decided to continue its partnership with X
